NB: After 2nd daughter, Sarah
Ann Barnard mar: William Henry AKAM in 1878, her father
William changed his middle name and was afterwards known as
William Homer Barnard. When William was bapt: on 21st Aug 1829
his parents were living in Homer
Street (his father Thomas was a Clerk to a Jeweller) It is
thought this was the reason William adopted
the middle name of "Homer" and used this in his daughter's marriages,
his burial etc.
