Taranaki Herald, 14 May 1864: LETHBRIDGE: On Sunday, the 8th instant, Sapience, eldest daughter of Mr. G. Y. Lethbridge, aged 10 years and 6 months. A beautiful and intellectual child, endeared by her gentle disposition to all around. With her loss a wide-circle of affectionate friends will miss a sunbeam from their path.
