The BEAKE family originated in the Western Zoyland parish in the Whitley county, Somerset, 4 miles S.E. of Bridgwater ELIZABETH  BEAKE was the dau. of William and Elizabeth Beake was b. 23 Sep 1829, Western Zoyland, Somersetshire; -

Elizabeth's parents were WILLIAM BEAKE - he was bapt: 05 Nov 1762 in Weston Zoyland, Somerset, England, the son of  William Beake and Hannah Hannah nee Millard where he worked as an agricultural labourer. On  26 Jan 1823 he mar to ELIZABETH (Betty) SALTER (she was bapt: 09 Dec 1759 in Church St Aldhelm, Doulting, Somerset)
