ETHEL MARY HAWTIN  (b: 30 Jul 1912 in Oamaru, daughter of Nellie and Frank Hawtin - she d: 05 Jul 1987 in Oamaru.  Bur: Oamaru)

She did not marry - her children are:

1 ROBERT RALPH (BOBBY) HAWTIN (b: 25 Dec 1932 in Oamaru;d: 27 Aug 2009 Oamaru, Bur: 31 Aug 2009 Oamaru Cem).

Bobby attended Oamaru Nth School and Waitaki Boys High. He worked for Martin cycles, Knoghts Motors and Alliance Textiles for 37 years. His sporting interests included Rugby, Cricket, Basketball, Indoor and outdoor Bowls, Darts and 10 pin Bowling. He coached Womens Basketball.

Bobby met LORNA MAY HANNNIGAN at a basketball match in 1951 and they mar: 1957 and lived at St Kevins and from 1964, on the Thames Highway. Bobby did not drive and walked everywhere. When the children were small, he would take them walking to the "Tea and Biscuit Shop" TAB. - his other interests included the horses and greyhounds. When he was younger, his mother taught him needlework. Bobby was an honorary member of the Oamaru Working Mens Club in Oamaru.

Rayleen's daughter Natasha Jane was adopted by Geoffrey and she had a son Bayley Andrew James Hawton

Geoffrey and Christina's  children are Karra Lee Hawton and Nikita Hawton
