These two ladies have conspired to weaken your defences...

6 cups popcorn
a bag of peanuts (roast/ salt 250ish grams)
a bag of cashews (roast/salt 250ish grams)
100g butter
1c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 130 deg.C
On low heat melt butter, brown sugar and golden syrup together.
Bring to boil on low - medium heat and boil without stirring for 8 mins
until deep brown (i stir it though, or i find it burns, once every few mins)
take off heat and quickly stir in vanilla and baking soda and stir.
 Add to popcorn/ nut mix and coat using spatula or spoon.
Put in oven in 10 minute intervals (30 min totals). Put on a baking tray to cool
Break up and enjoy!

1/2 c brown sugar 
2 t cocoa

1 t vanilla

1 1/2 -2 c sweet biscuit crumbs

Marshmallows

Place butter c milk, br sugar, cocoa + essence in saucepan, heat gently until melted. Add crumbs + mix well Wet hands before shaping around marshmallow. Roll in cocnut. Store in fridge
