Robert Oakley and Susannah Trent   ROBERT OAKLEY was the son of Samuel and Martha Vines (b: 18 Oct 1772 in Dickleburgh, Norfolk, and d: 10 Apr 1849 in Norwich, Norfolk age 77Y. Nothing currently is known abt. Samuel who mar: 22 Dec 1765 his mother Martha, the dau. of Daniel and Martha Vines. She was bapt: 28 Feb 1741 at Dickleburgh and d: there on 26 Jun 1774.   Marriage banns were read Aug  12th, 19th and 26th 1792 at the All Saints Church, Strumpshaw where on 14th Sep 1792, Robert mar: SUSANNAH TRETT, the daughter of EDWARD TRETT and SUSANNAH NOLDER .  Sysannah was bapt: 15 Jan 1771 at St James Church and d: 14 Nov 1837 at Limpenhow, Norfolk.   Someone documenting their past Oakley family history wrote the following - remember that speculation is not truth until verified!!!! "It would seem that Robert came to the Strumpshaw Parish and lived there for a short time then he and his wife moved for there is no further record of him there found.
