ANNIE LORRAINE ARMIT was b: 13 Jun 1916 at Temuka to parents Andrew Lawrence and Mary Elizabeth Armit; she d: 16 Jan 1971 in Timaru  aged 54Y. 

Greg McGregor (b: 08 Aug 1914 at Fairlie, Sth Canterbury; d: at Timaru 24th  Dec 1987; Cremated Salisbury Cem. ) was the son of LEWIS JOHN
MCGREGOR (1975-1936) and his mother LOUISA nee CHAPMAN (1882-1954)
 
Lewis McGregpr was a farmer at Coralynn, Sherwood Downs who also gave years of public service on the Mackenzie County Council.
 
In 1927 the farm was sold and and the McGregor family retired  to Timaru
 
Gregor in 1920 attended  the Sherwood Downs school and 1928 went to the Waimaitai School at Timaru

Annie and Greg divorced in 1954 and she remar: on 07 Jan 1966 in Christchurch to widower William Thomas Wederell .

William was b: 28 Jul 1919 in Timaru, one of 14 children of  father William Nelson Wederell (1879-1927) who was a hotel owner and billiard room licensee at St Andrews, and his mother was Edith Grace nee Dunnill (1883-1957) He d: on 5 Mar 1997 aged 77Y; Crem: Ashes interred Row 402 Plot 12 Timaru.

William's his first marriage was to Evelyn May Maxwell in 1938 - she died aged 36 yrs on 27 Mar 1956 and they had two children, Margaret and Stewart Wederell.

William's maternal grandfather was JOHN DUNNILL (b: 1850 Yorkshire, England -1936) was a ganger in charge of a section of seven miles of railway between Timaru and St. Andrews. He came out to Foxton. New Zealand, by the ship La Hogue, in 1873. John mar: in October, 1874, to Caroline Elizabeth (b; 1849 Peterborough, Northamptonshire, England; d: 1924 Timaru) daughter of Thomas Mitchell, of Sydney. He commenced work on the Government railways, and laid the first fish-plate on the line near Palmerston North. In 1875 he was promoted to the position of ganger, and was stationed at Turakina for over six years. He left the service to live in Wellington, where he found employment on the reclaimed land, but after six months rejoined the railway department, and in less than a year was appointed ganger at the Summit. Three years and nine months later he was transferred to Kaitoke, where he remained for seven years before moving to South Canterbury.

William's paternal grandfather was CHARLES WEDERELL (b:1838 Theydon Bois, Essex, England -1911) He immig: 1 Oct 1856 for NZ, hotelkeeper where he mar: wife Maria Nelson  (1847-1908) and wife Maria Nelson  (b: 1847 Cheshire, England-1908) Their 6 daus and 6 sons were b: at Masonic Hotel,  St Andrews
