JAMES DOUGLAS* BENBOW was b: 12 Feb 1934 in Christchurch to parents
George William and Thelma Benbow, and his death in Marlborough on
5th Feb 1994 was due to a heart attack and Legionnaires disease – he was
bur: Fairhall Cemetery, Central Marlborough.

i. JAMES LESLIE BENBOW, b. Kaikoura was in 1984
and Airman at Hobsonville; and in 2000 was at Blenheim; Aircraft engineer
with mother Doreen. In 2008 he applied to construct a dam in the Omaka
Valley for irrigation and frost protection for a 7.5 hectare vineyard.
ii. KATHRYN FRANCES BENBOW (b. 09 Oct 1961,
Blenheim; d: 24 Oct 2014 at Christchurch, her bur: Blenheim) mar. 15 Aug
1986 to RUSSELL DOUGLAS MILLER at Christchurch. They farmed at Havelock,
Marlborough and have two children Stacey Barbara and Scott Douglas
Miller.
iii. CRAIG WILLIAM BENBOW, b. Kaikoura; mar. at
Rangiora to PAMELA MARGUERIT DECHANT (b: Canada)
Craig worked at Burnt Hill at Oxford and in 1992 gained Bachelor
in Agricultural Science and Pamela, a Bachelor of Commerce and Management.
They lived at Southbridge, Dunsandel, Killinshey where Craig was research
asst and in 2005, he and Pamela lived at Aylesbury running their
Agricultural Cuntracting business. Their children are William Douglas,
George Lawrence and Piper Judith Lynn Benbow
iv. SUSAN ELIZABETH BENBOW, b. at
Greymouth, a registered nurse lived at
Plimmerton.
