Mrs Elizabeth TRUMPER: The death occurred early on Thursday
morning at her
residence, Milford, Temuka, of a widely known and respected
resident. Mrs
Elizabeth Trumper, whose maiden name was Elizabeth Benbow, was
born at Shropshire, England and came to New Zealand in
1863. Seventeen years later she married Mr Ben Trumper, and
the pair
started married life in a little cottage on Geraldine Downs. They
lived
there until 1893, then went to live at Riverslea, Milford and have
resided
there ever since. Mrs Trumper had been a patient sufferer from
heart
disease for the past three years and died in her sleep aged 72
years. She
is survived by her husband and four sons and five
daughters.

their
