AND FATALITIES.
A drowning accident happened at
Cooper's Creek, near Geraldine, on Wednesday afternoon. The creek was in
heavy flood, when an infant son of B. Bartrum, of Creek station, was missed
for a moment from the house. After a search of two hours, the body was
found about a mile down the creek. An inquest was held on Thursday
evening, when the jury returned a verdict of "Accidental drowning."
