FREDERICK ALBERT HARRISON was son of William Harrison Jnr  and his mother  Charlotte Sarah  nee Dalton. He was their youngest child,  born 13 Jun 1867 in Timaru, and died there on 12 Mar 1924 in 56Y.

<Fred was a carrier by trade and mar: 21 Aug 1894 to JESSIE ANNIE SMITH , the daughter of William  and Annie SMITH.

Both Fred and brother Charles gave service as volunteer firemen.

15 Jul 1890 Fred Harrison was granted a licence to operate in Timaru as an Expressman  Carrier by Councellor Sherratt. Cab proprietors asked permission to operate a cab stand with their cabs on one side of the street to minimise the danger after a couple of traps had ran into the cabs stationed in the middle of the street.

She mar. 1918 (1) ALFRED HERBERT STYLES - they divorced 1921 at Timaru; He was b. 1893, Possibly Invercargill; Military service: WW1 90081; d. 1971, Christchurch 79Y, Retired linesman Christchuurch

She mar. 1922 (2) HARRY FORD MARSH (b. 1885;Military service: WW1 7/2074; 1914 builder Christchurch; 1941 Garage Proprieter, Little River;  d. 21 Feb 1957, Timaru 72Y Retired engineer Timaru. Bur: Timaru Cem)
