Stephen Pilven (Pelvin) mar:  11 Jan 1801 in All Saints, Maidstone, Kent to Elizabeth Goble (b: 1781 in Rolvenden, Kent, England; d: Date unknown; Elizabeth's parents names not confirmed but thought to be James and Elizabeth Goble of Rotherden)

Stephen Pelvin's daughter Lydia married Charles Hodges - his 3xgreat- granddaughter Maggie, has placed an orange line on this 1839 London map to indicate just where Uxbridge Street is.
Work opportunity may have been the reason the Pelvin brothers moved to Uxbridge Street - Henry lived there in 1817 (July 6; bapt: dau. Martha) and Stephen  lived next door in 1818 (bapt: daughter Elizabeth). The area at this time was still rural and was a resort for Londoners seeking fresh air and a pleasant environment.
